Exam Distress

April is suppose to be filled with showers and beautiful sceneries, however my April has been filled with countless papers and endless nights. If you’re in University or College you understand what I’m talking about. The ways I get through this mountain of stress is through study breaks, exercise and loads of snacks. The feeling after writing an exam that you have studied countless hours for is extremely rewarding! So don’t give up, the school years almost over and finish off strong. If you the feel the least bit discouraged take a break, start fresh and just refocus. Take it a step at a time and I promise you’ll make it through.
